Hi, I'm Aaron—a Registered Nurse, Holistic Health and Wellness Coach certified through AFPA, and passionate advocate for integrative well-being. With over a decade of nursing experience, a deep commitment to holistic health, and a heart dedicated to helping others thrive, I created Wellness With Aaron to be more than just a platform—it's a movement toward living life fully, mindfully, and authentically.
My Journey to Wellness
My path to holistic health began in the fast-paced world of critical care nursing, where I witnessed firsthand how stress, lifestyle, and emotional health impact physical well-being. While I loved the science of medicine, I felt something was missing—the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
This realization led me to holistic health coaching, where I found my true calling: helping people bridge the gap between clinical care and whole-person wellness. Combining my background in cardiovascular health with holistic practices, I empower individuals to take charge of their health, not just to survive but to thrive.
Currently, I am advancing my clinical expertise as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) student, where I continue to integrate holistic principles into evidence-based medical practice. Additionally, my academic journey has included studies at the Sonoran University of Health Sciences, further enriching my approach to integrative wellness.
